About the Founder
Samantha Amen, DNP, RN, CCRN, NEA-BC is a clinical systems strategist with a doctorate in nursing practice and executive certification in nursing administration. She developed the AMEN Model™ after spending years inside complex health systems watching hospitals implement the right tools in entirely the wrong way.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, operational mechanics, and structured problem-solving. She specializes in A3 governance — not just teaching the framework, but correcting the flawed thinking that makes most A3s ineffective before they reach the implementation column.
What makes her work different: she understands clinical nuance and operational mechanics and data framing and how hospitals actually move. Most Lean consultants don't understand clinical workflow. Most nurse leaders don't understand structured problem-solving depth. She does both.
She currently works with local medical centers, quality committees, and regional executive councils — and brings the same rigor to external consulting that she applies internally every day.
